Was fixed in AMD driver 19.7.2.

But can't say what drivers for your Intel product have been updated, maybe contact Intel support.

Wow, I just realized I had to manually install the driver by searching for AMD driver 19.7.2 and its successor, I think I might have had to do that before, but forgot. I don't know why it hasn't been totally automatic. Thank you very much, for alerting me to this subtlety.

The miniport drivers are not updated often, its other components that are updated continually such as game APIs provided by AMD and nVidia as valued added.
