RX580 - Flight Simulator 2024 - Impossible to create DirectX12 device Error 0x887a0004(DXGI_ERROR_UN

Olá, estou escrevendo este post para obter uma resposta sobre se a GPU RX580 é compatível com o Flight Simulator 2024 ou se teremos que mudar nossa GPU para poder executar o simulador. Ao tentar instalar o jogo, aparecem telas de erro, a primeira com a seguinte mensagem "Impossível criar o dispositivo DirectX12 Error 0x887a0004(DXGI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED)" ao confirmar com a tecla Enter, outra mensagem aparece "Certifique-se de que seu hardware é compatível com este aplicativo. Consulte o arquivo Leiame. (D3D12Renderer_Z).

Para obter informações adicionais, já atualizei todos os drivers de GPU e processador. Abaixo estão os detalhes do meu equipamento.

I also have the same problem. And the interesting thing is that I run the MSFS2020 in directx 12 and I can't run MSFS 2024 with the RX580

And this is your great response, that we should change graphics cards because you don't want to make a driver that accepts DirectX 12.1? Well, don't worry, if I have to change my graphics card, it will be to NVIDIA thanks to your great response.

I'm doing the same thing. If I'm going to upgrade the GPU, then I won't use AMD anymore, I'm going to NVIDIA. I could even continue with AMD by buying an R7 series, but the competitor, even the old GPUs, are working, they may not have the performance, but at least they can be installed.
