my pc keeps freezing and than restarting when im watching yt or idle

my specs

 

windows 10

Ram: corsair ddr5 32gb

gpu: radeon rx6750xt

cpu:amd ryzen 7 7800x3d 8 core processor

motherboard: asus b650-plus wifi

when im gaming everything is totaly fine temperatures are fine... but when im doing something in browsers my pc keeps freezing and then restarting.

any solutions how to fix that?

Try a different browser or disable hardware acceleration in the browser.

I would try using DDU (in safe mode) to remove the old Radeon Adrenalin driver, and after a reboot, I would install the current version (24.10.1) - and again, reboot the computer.

 

Does your computer freeze while gaming at all?

New Adrenalin version 24.12.1 was just released on 05 Dec 2024.  Give that one a try.
