Any way to mod a custom fan curve into it or make it rely on VRAM temp instead of hotspot? I only know about increasing clocks.
The reason I want to do that is that I want to sell this card later, and it has a really weird fan curve that seemingly is meant for a bad (20-30C) hotspot delta, because since repasting it with PTM7950 (having a 7-10C delta) it keeps the fan speeds really low and lets VRAM heat up to 100C. I don't think the buyer would like that, and I doubt it's good for GDDR6. It's definitely not a thermal pad problem because I've replaced them too and the temps improved (down to 78C from 84C when testing with a fixed 40% fan speed). It's a Gigabyte model and a proper fan speed is very important with its VRAM cooling design.
