or several years now, ULPS has to be deactivated, especially on laptops with dual graphics, otherwise a black screen is displayed for 1-2 minutes every time windows boots.
In the registry the value for "EnableULPS" is set from 1 to 0.
However, what function does the value "EnableULPS_NA" have?
Some write that this should also be set to 0, others clearly mention that it should be left alone.
Does anyone know anything more about the function of "EnableULPS_NA"?
