RX 570 using Non HDMI monitor issue

Hi

i have problem during starting up my PC with non HDMI monitor (still using VGA input from 19 inch LG monitor,doesn't have any HDMI input)

i used vga to HDMI converter to connect this pc and my monitor ..the problem is the monitor keep blinking with notifications D-SUB...its keep blinking on and off for at least half an hour before it actually displaying normally power indicator still on..with HDMI cable there no problem 

whats is the problem? anyone can help me?

it starts to work after 1h? i cant believe that ;)

as of the Radeon HD300 and Nvidia GTX200 GPUs there is no analog-digital-switcher built in anymore - so they are NOT COMPATIBLE with VGA anymore

DVI-D should work fine // DVI-I could be not working

best way to fix your problem is buying a cheap 24"-27" 144hz FreeSync Monitor - can be found for around 175$

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS
