hello guys , during this covid thing i contacted the support and the warranty team multiple times .
explained my problem , everything was checked and confirmed by them then i was sent some papers to send back my CPU and have it replaced .
i contacted and told them i didnt had here that , i sent an email to the shipping company and they said that with that papers i would have to pay the same way .
i contacted again and for over 2 months i didnt got any answers from AMD , since it was urgent and i didnt see AMD solving anything i bought a new CPU , now i want explanations and want a refund of the CPU i was going to send back .
specially now that everything needs to be done from home it is unnaceptable that AMD creats so many problems to their costumers
