Hello,

I encounter random PC freeze its can be after 10min as after 6h. The error occurs in game or on the desktop no matter what I do.

Regarding the freeze I do not have a BSOD the PC remains on the image when the freeze occurs. Nothing answers I have to do a reset or a long press on the power button.

What are the avenues to explore to resolve this problem?

Something else on restart my CG is disabled

im having the same issue for about 2 months, usually 1-2 times per week at boot i opene mozilla firefox and while watching youtube it freezes, but it can happen with no app open too!

Which BIOS version do you have installed?

Depending on your 32GB kit, try setting it manually to the frequency up to 3200MHz because your CPU supports it. What is the configuration of your random access memory kit? Is it 4x8GB? Is it 2x16GB?

For the bios the last version is installed "f33i" I will try the manual adjustment of the RAM and I will get back to you
