Radeon RX 6750 XT coil whine

I recently just bought my new gpu from amd.com directly not even a few weeks ago and had noticed a whining issue coming from my gpu while playing warzone. I had replaced my psu from corsair 550w bronze to seasonic 750w gold, no fix but I now know it is for sure my gpu. Before I RMA it, I was wondering if there is any fix that I can do myself and not wait a week to see if they even will send a replacement. I have tried undervolting, overclocking, and running a benchmark for a couple hours to see if some sustained heat will fix the problem. I also saw that limiting my fps can help but im already running most of the games at my monitors 144hz refresh rate. Capping it lower make no sense when I bought this gpu to help me achieve 144fps. And yes I can put on headphones to not hear it but when spending hundreds of dollars on a graphics card, I should not be having this issue in the first place. Any suggestions at this point are very much appreciated.

Make sure it is coming from the GPU and not the PSU or Motherboard's VRM.

High Wattage hardware can produce Coil Whine due to electronic/Electrical components installed. Nothing you can do about it. The more power the hardware uses the higher the coil whine will be. In your case when you are playing a GPU intensive game.

In the past, Users have noticed that their coil whine was caused by the AMD Driver. So by downgrading the AMD Driver to a previous version the coil whine would go away or not be noticeable.

Most manufacturer doesn't consider coil whine as something that can be RMAed unless it is very loud or disturbing.

I would open a AMD Support -Warranty ticket and asked them for their suggestion about your coil whine from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

NOTE: Here is the latest AMD driver for your GPU card: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-6000-series/amd-radeon-rx-6700-series/amd-rade...

Here are some previous AMD drivers for your GPU card you can try: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/amd-radeon-rx-6000-series/amd-radeon-rx-670...

A little late but I thought I had a similar issue too but it was actually an integrated graphics card in my CPU so if you have an integrated card maybe try turning it of to see if the issue persists
