I purchased an MSI RX 6700 XT via NewEgg on 11/12/2022.

The AMD Gift - Radeon Raise the Game Bundle [Online Game Code] I recieved does not authenticate.

The error given is:

System check did not pass.

Coupon code limit has been reached. Contact support to request an increase to this limit.

I reached out to NewEgg support, however it has been a week since they responded with.

"Thanks for your cooperation. I will have our team further look into this for you. Once there is any update, you will be notified via email."

Can this be fixed by AMD directly?

Seems like the coupons ran out. As mentioned you will need to open a AMD REWARD SUPPORT Ticket from here: https://www.amdrewards.com/faq click on "NEXT" at the bottom to reach the page to fill out a Support ticket.
