Using independent graphics card display has not been bright, can only use CPU display to light up the screen, it is sure that independent graphics card is no problem, the motherboard BIOS has also been set, it is estimated that 5.0 slot compatibility problems, with other 3.0 graphics card can light up。

• How do I set it up？

• Motherboard memory reworked no problem。

Am I to understand you are getting no video out with the RX 6800 XT in the PC? Your wording made it a bit difficult to understand the problem.

Hi,

1. The support page on Gigabytes website shows bios F5a as the latest bios for your motherboard.  This bios update contains the latest AGESA code from AMD. it may only be adding support fot the new X3D variants of the CPUs, but it may also address other which may or may fix your issue. No way of knowing until you try.

All I will say is that on my ASUS system, the latest AGESA update ASUS pushed out re-enabled the IGP on my 7700X. In my case I had the opposite issue, no output from the IGP, just 3rd party video cards. 2

2. According to the manual for your motherboard, it does not support PCIe 5.0 slots, only PCIe 4.0. Given the 6800XT is a PCIe 4 card there should not be any PCIe compatibility issue. The x16 slot is direxctly under the CPU so make sure  the GFX card is plugged in there. 

The manual does indicate it has a 2nd PCIe4 slot (though only x4 speeds) but if the card does not work in the x16 slot try it in this one.  

3. If you have not already tried, test the 6800XT in another system. It is unclear to me from your description if you have tried that, there is always the possibility that the 6800XT is dead. I hope not. 

4. On the top right of the motherboard there are some diagnostic Leds. (refer to page 4 of the manual). Are any of these lit up when the 6800XT is installed?

Lastly, what is the rating of your PSU? For a 7900X CPU and 6800XT GPU I would be using a good quality (eVGA, Corsair, Seasonic)  850W+ PSU.

p.s. Make sure you are connecting 2 discrete 8 pin power leads to the 6800. Do not use a split power cable where 2 8pin connectors come off the one cable.

Except for the first point, everything else is in line with what you said. Both the motherboard and CPU were returned to the after-sales test and said that there was no problem. I have also tried to put the 6800XT graphics card on other machines and it can work normally. I'll try something else. In addition, I would like to ask you a question, Sapphire Radeon RX6800XT, I only plug dual 8pin power supply, do not connect to the PCIE slot, will the RGB light effect of the graphics card light up?

1. Good to know the 6800XT works in other PCs. 
2. Providing the 6800XT is getting sufficient power, the RGB on the card should light up. If it's not, then that may be due to insufficient power or simply the system not recognising the gfx card there.

To me it still sounds either PSU related or power delivery to the PCIe slot. Have you tried to see if the machine posts with the 6800XT in the other PCIe slot? 

Also, is there any display on the monitor if you connect it to CPUs IGP using the m/b Dport or HDMI connectors? 

You just may be better off taking the PC into a PC store and having one of their tecs diagnose the issue.
