Installed AMD software. Started Adrenalin. It found and had me start D3. Ran it 9 times for 4 - 5 minutes each trying different settings. Choice is to use Super Resolution.
The first time it changed from Marginal to 120+ fps. Each time after that it's back to marginal 28.4 fps. I've done an uninstall, factory reset, new profile, and nothing changes. I've read through the online help guides, which aren't helpful.
How do i get it to work right?
