not getting my games with rx 570

Roger that.  I bought an RX570 2 weeks ago from Newegg.  I waited for an email and never got it.  I went back to Newegg and on a hunch I checked my Digital Library, an lo and behold there was an invoice with the redemption code.

CAVEATE:  Resident Evil 2 Remake will not be released until Jan 21st 2019, and Tom Clancey's Division 2 will not be released until March 15th 2019.

Who was the actual vendor that you bought the video card from?  THEY are supposed to give you the redemption number...

It was Newegg and everything got sorted out they found out they made an

error when they didn't give me the code.
