newegg doesnt give gift codes with radeon gpus?

Hi, I recently bought an XFX speedster merc310 radeon rx 7900 xtx from newegg (still in shipping) when i asked them about the resident evil 4 code they said my gpu doesnt come with one although the same exct gpu on amazon comes with the code, did i make a wrong choice of choosing newegg or can i still get the game.

Depends if Newegg is participating in the AMD Promotion or not or if the AMD Promotion already expired.

If the Newegg advertisement shows the AMD Promotion on the RX7900XTX on it website then it means they are participating in the AMD Promotion and you should get a Game coupon. But if you don't see any AMD Promotion on their website means they are not participating in the AMD promotion or it has already expired.

Here is the latest AMD Promotion for the GPU cards: https://www.amdrewards.com/terms

NOTE: The last GPU AMD PROMOTION ended on May 28th 2023.

So if you purchased your GPU card at Newegg between May 28th and June 5th your GPU card doesn't qualify for the AMD Promotion for the game giveaway.

So I guess newegg isnt participating in my region (middle east), thanks for the clarification.

AMD does have special promotions in the Middle East, but depending which Middle East country and Retailer in that country, you need to look at AMD Rewards Terms and Conditions where is mentions EMEA REGION which means

Europe, Middle East, Africa

That is why AMD wrote in BOLD to first ask if the Retailer/Vendor is participating in the AMD Promotion.

From my experience if the Retailer is participating in the AMD Promotion, in its AMD Product webpage it would mention the AMD Promotion. If it doesn't that generally, in my opinion, means that they are not participating in it.

Click on the radeon cards and the game offer for your country and see participating retailers in YOUR REGION. If they arent in your country you cannot claim prizes or promotions. For tax purposes and to stop crime. Imagine your entire country had thousands of prizes and promotions online available for people to win for marketing or gambling or lottery or charity or whatever. And some hacker guys hacked every single competition and not a single dollar or product or game or TV or whatever went within your country. The economic losses would all leave where you live and go to some probably the same third world loser or loser cheating. You must claim things in person which is why these promotions must be bought with receipts and card details and ID that can verify you were the one that made the purchase with those smart satellite tracking chips in your credit cards or your mobile phone sim or other reasons. Often in your region you can walk in and purchase in store for say samsung HDD promotions or radeon game offers. Then it could be easier to sort out. This is the same reason online game tournaments cant have cash money prize pools and online casinos are not legal to collect without being verified in person. Else you could say you gambled online and bet more money than the national budget and you collected it overseas in africa 5 nights a week from the USA online casino. Or you won every star craft or call of duty tournament or world of warcraft PVP 1st place with your bot hack software aimbotting whatever and you collect all your money with nobody seeing your face or ID. thats retarded right? so you must claim locally so that theres a way for you to COLLECT or receive or be identified by local banks and retailers and transaction info. In my country australia AMD authorized resellers are few and almost every major mall or arcade center has zero AMD computers it has AMD logos but they dont use any AMD hardware when you try to use the drivers or turn it on or make it do the AMD functions like 3Dnow or 3Dvcache or other things in say an AMD qualcomm chipset phone with adreno or RDNA graphics or a laptop or a AMD game console. If i go the website it says theres a handful of retailers but Im actually more successful buying from a national chain store thats not nearby but if i make a long trip i could get there. Australian retailers like JBhifi ruin perfectly good AMD hardware by not selling any and if they do its the tiniest piece ever and has all nvidia not maths not computers not cards that are super slow and lousy by having that slow parts in there the latency ruins perfectly good computer. Its a network system or chain linked the slowest piece is how fast they can all go. So zero intel and zero nvidia builds only but check JBhifiwebsite and try find an ALL AMD system they charge fortunes for an AMD advantage one they probably paid to fly over and buy one and fly back to amazon or newegg or bestbuy or somethin. They claim to sell DELL and HP laptops which can and do sell real AMD systems on specific models.. but you cant find any here in store. The list of local stores say JW.com.au or mwave.com.au or theres one thats in a different state from me like PCcasegear or one in 3 different states but maybe an hour by train and on foot? umart.com.au i dunno if they edit or fake the AMD website theres zero DNS encryption my country and has anti encryption laws on some traffic or communications i believe. unless test the parts cant tell if they disabled crippled or limit them without maths precision accurate AMD hardware check list testing verified. If buy from one of them theres a chance they have AMD and samsung promotions on website or in store or on box of products and same as official so should be legit. But the **bleep**s in store maybe sell u fake USB or HDMI cables or whatever not all employees arent criminal retard **bleep**s. I've wanted to upgrade my HDMI port to a newer higher HDMI 2.1 card for ages. my 5700xt has 2.0b my TV is 2.1

But sadly shopping around is hard so i placed a on back order cheapest $500AUD price for a 6700xt ages ago from amazon waited 4 months or so for it. got it, then i lost it? dunno. I had to hide it being mentally ill sux i bought piles of $1 online junk from china and postman delivers individually like 3 times a day for weeks they think i cant manage my own money and try find excuses to have me hand it over to them. I hid it coz i didnt wanna go through the install process at that moment in time and didnt want my household members screaming about me spending my savings money on computers. Its maybe coz they see how much steam games i have from bundles and subscriptions or like xbox gamepass and think im wasting money and think i've got the most expensive computer in history when its super midrange budget RYzen5700G 5700xt. So I think im going to go in person to a retail store to buy even if i have to use one of my country link train tickets and go interstate to buy a REAL AMD computer if the ones from other stores dont verify or do the graphics driver functions when i type em in. See if i can verify it IS a real AMD computer there in store maybe. My ebay refurbished LG V60's rx630 is real. I imported from USA. if you miss out on a free game to get a real hardware from newegg someone might tamper with mail or try steal it from you coz it is real hardware. So yeah be sure to test its real and importing from AMD themselves might be a good choice. I saw internet video where lisa su herself recommends sapphire brand or powercolor brand seems good as color is light. but i'd go with AMD founders/reference if they're cheaper and available from AMD. Asrock was one of the more recently AMD certified able to pass minimum specs to build and sell AMD GPU's so they might be better in terms of hardware standards. So yeah i think they failed 2 or 3 times over a few years? but ever since u could buy asrock GPU and boards for AMD so if you want affordable and 'decent' they might be good? the games you can just wait a year then buy the game of the year edition cheaply. most games on the AMD website are great and for example assassins creed valhalla or forzahorizon 5 or 4 arent as expensive as they were at launch

my ryzen5700G has samsung Bdie RAM (teamgroupextreme ARGB) if its over 3200mhz and CAS14 or lower you can 1866mhz and CAS8 or lower. all ryzen are negative below CAS0 capable. BIOS limits tho.

So buying local for warranty and promotions and getting a free game can be good but its maybe a challenge if your country sells fake cheap nasty not maths not computers not hardware in over 2/3 of its stores and arent authorized reseller.
