Asrock was one of the more recently AMD certified able to pass minimum specs to build and sell AMD GPU's so they might be better in terms of hardware standards. So yeah i think they failed 2 or 3 times over a few years? but ever since u could buy asrock GPU and boards for AMD so if you want affordable and 'decent' they might be good? the games you can just wait a year then buy the game of the year edition cheaply. most games on the AMD website are great and for example assassins creed valhalla or forzahorizon 5 or 4 arent as expensive as they were at launch
my ryzen5700G has samsung Bdie RAM (teamgroupextreme ARGB) if its over 3200mhz and CAS14 or lower you can 1866mhz and CAS8 or lower. all ryzen are negative below CAS0 capable. BIOS limits tho.
So buying local for warranty and promotions and getting a free game can be good but its maybe a challenge if your country sells fake cheap nasty not maths not computers not hardware in over 2/3 of its stores and arent authorized reseller.
