my gpu is not using itself. some games dropping every time. I can't solve this problem. I know it's not a problem with the CPU. For example, Hunt: Showdown, when I lower the graphics settings in the game, my fps decreases and drops constantly.

Can you share more details:

There can case where your CPU/GPU temperature is high. 
Have you tried updating drivers?
