Is it worth buying Lenovo Ideapad 5 2-in-1 16inch?

I need a laptop for university and for personal use. I will study psychology, and I need a laptop that can run SPSS and has a good battery life.

What is your opinion? I heard battery doesnt last a lot and other issues

Short Story -> Yes

Long Story -> Depends on what you plan to do with it

2-in-1 are amazing for multimedia and work related stuff. In order to fully enjoy the hybrid nature of this hardware, there is a learning curve to attain.

My example: For me as an IT, its very nice to use the tablet mode on the run and do regular work in laptop mode, although 16inch can be a bit big for "mobile" while 14inch is perfect.

The fact that is so much faster just to use both keyboard, mouse and touch at the same time that makes me want to touch "non-touch" screens sometimes, just to open start menu LOL

One thing is sure, I don't waste a milisec looking for the cursor, I just touch the screen&go. Scrolling is obviously better, moving between excel cells is a breeze too. Screen snips and circles for tutorials are more natural too.

If you are going to crunch some numbers maybe the 8 core version is the best for you.

Good Luck
