Is it unnecessary to use anti-rack on a computer that maintains over 200fps?

My computer specifications are currently using 5800X3D, XFX 6800XT SAM mode is in use, CL16 3800 B-DIE.

The monitor is using NXG253R 360hz.

This setting is available for a small input lag and a smooth screen.

I looked on the web and heard that anti-rack might not help or interfere with the specification of 200fps or higher.

It's hard to know exactly what this is about even if you look at the articles on the AMD side.

Is it correct to turn on the anti-lag even if it is over 200fps? Or is it right to turn it off if a stable frame is secured?
