First of all, I have bought an AMD APU and a B350M and confirmed with the motherboard company that my issue currently is that my BIOS version is incompatible with my processor.
So, I have contacted AMD and asked for a bootkit. They responded asking for things like my serial number, invoices, etc. I did not reply for 5 days because I had things from work, so I supplied them with the information 5 days after they had sent me that email.
Have AMD just discarded my service request because they I didn't reply? My service request number is 8200808502. If any AMD support team members see this, will they review the ticket and lend me the bootkit ASAP?
