GPU (6800 XTX) freezes and black screens only after I log in.

I've been dealing with this for a few days now and I have no idea why. The day it happened I didn't install anything or do anything different. This PC was built a few months ago and my PC went to a black screen while playing Fortnite, now it black screens again few minutes to seconds after a leave the lock screen. I eventually reset windows while keeping files and re-downloaded and factory reset my amd 6800 xfx drivers and cleaned out all the dust in my computer and it worked until I loaded in Fortnite. I didn't even get into the lobby before it showed the black screen again. I think it might be a amd issue, but the it was find until the first time it happened. I've downgraded the driver and it didn't change anything. My GPU is also disabling itself and i've deleted and redownloaded all drivers, but this issue keeps happening. I'm bringing it up because it's most likely related with the reason to why it black screens, but  I have no clue on how to fix it or why it happens randomly or whenever I load a game. Any suggestions?

Post your full system specs.

Open Adrenalin to Performance, Tuning tab and capture screenshot when issue occurs.

The only way currently for me to use my computer is to turn off my GPU in my device manager, so if I turn it on to use Adrenalin my computer will be sad.

What driver are you currently on? Also, did you use the AMD DDU tool to fully get rid of your drivers before installing the different one? Adrenalin 24.5.1 has been pretty stable for me on Fortnite

I was on the newest driver at the time of the post. I used the AMD Cleanup Utility, yes. I've also tried Display Driver Uninstaller a few days after that. This is no longer a Fortnite problem, but a issue of not being able to play any game or even enable my GPU.

Do you have a second PC by chance you can try that GPU in by chance? I'm a little stumped here? I know also that the 12900K has an iGPU? Conflict maybe? Hoping someone else can chime in on this post with a few things you can try
