After a few hours of playing No Mans Sky begins to crash; game runs well and stable for about the first 2-3 hours.
 I have:
1. Lowered graphic/display settings.
2. Updated and reinstalled AMD and AMD drivers.
3. Updated Windows.
4. Reinstalled and verified NMS on Steam.
5. I'm testing Running the game as Admin

Have you looked at temperatures? If the game only crashes after 2-3 hours of play it is likely temperature related.
