You didn't mention the exact error you are getting with Product Verification Tool but if the error is "not genuine" found this recent AMD Thread with same error: AMD PVT cop is not genuine

Here is another AMD Thread concerning IP Address error: product verification tool cannot resolve ip address & https://www.reddit.com/r/Amd/comments/atp661/amd_product_verification_tool_cant_connect/

Try using a different browser.

Have you tried to open an AMD REWARDS SUPPORT Ticket to see what they suggest from here: AMD Rewards

Yes I got both errors at different timings. I have already visited all those threads several times and tried the methods to no avail. Don’t see how different browsers can help the tool but I tried Firefox and IE on windows 10, running as admin, turning off windows firewall, uninstalling, downloading and installing with different browsers, setting DNS, flush dns, restarting vm, run it while the browser page is open,  etc. It is a genuine ryzen 2700 so not sure what’s up unless a non AMD gpu fails their check. The only thing that I probably forgot is to update my OS.

I would suggest to open an AMD REWARDS SUPPORT Ticket from here: AMD Rewards .

Seems like you tried everything suggested. I presume the Game coupon is because you purchased a Ryzen CPU?

Sometimes AMD has Regional Server problems but AMD Rewards Support would be your best bet.

NOTE: There is no harm updating your Windows to the latest and see if it makes a difference. But before you go through that hassle I would just open a AMD Rewards ticket. The only thing that comes to my mind is that you are using a VM and for some reason AMD can't verify your Ryzen.
