Hello, whether Athlon 860K can handle Command Rate 1T with 2x8 GB DDR3 2400 MHz, at stock RAM timings and voltage with quality proven brands DDR3 and decent a88x motherboard? Whether Kaveri FM2+ IMC is able to handle Command Rate 1T with DDR3 2400 MHz or not? Several peoples telling me that many FM2+ setups can not handle 1T at 2400 MHz. Does anyone have experience with such situation?

There is negligible performance difference between 2T and 1T since it only applies to the first instruction, then everything following runs at 1T
