Got to looking at mine today, and found a number that needed to be disabled. Heck, look at Google's task, check for an update every hour every day! Also those bottom two are AMD in origin, and it seems as if AMD Auto Update is, thankfully, broken, but it's good to disable it anyway.
many programs load loaders which are nothing but spyware in my opinion, which is why I remove everything
press win+r then enter msconfig
So those tasks are safe to be deleted/stopped and not harming any application???
I disable lots of stuff to improve startup times
some services I changed to manual as wel for some programs that hide there
Yup, and it's also how some programs launch themselves at startup instead of using a registry entry.
