You should be using GPU-Z instead of CPU-Z.  https://www.techpowerup.com/download/techpowerup-gpu-z/

With Intel/AMD laptops the Intel graphics must be installed before the AMD graphics driver. Go to Intel Support and run their update program...install all it finds. Then install the AMD drivers.

Make sure you are fully updated from Windows Update first.

That system is not made to run FIFA 19. In fact, I´m surprised you are getting 30 fps.

I work with those notebooks and, even though they have a dedicated graphics chip, it´s not magic.

Also, 4GB RAM is too little for most games.

To check if the GPU is correctly installed, go to Start, Device Manager, and check that it is listed on "Display Adapters"

Hi there

I have 4 x of these laptops dell e6540, and have found the following you have to use the dell drivers for the OS i.e. windows 7 and use their drivers and also use the dell command update program as that will download all Dell drivers for that laptop based on the service tag.

But i do know there is also 2 x versions of these board inside the laptops one has just the intel HD 4600 (on intel I7 48** models) and one has the gpu hd 8790M 2gb version

if you bought your laptop new time to pull out all the paperwork and look and see if it says "with discreet amd HD8790m" or goto the dell support site let it scan and install service assistant program to identify your laptop service tag and what hardware/warranty is on the laptop.

Now What i do is install all the dell drivers and them download the versions 18.9 or version Adrenalin-2020-21.2.2 and untick the factory reset option when installing as the factory driver puts a link from the intel hd 4600 to the amd 8790m so when it needs it, it will switch over to the hd 8790m instead of the lackluster hd 4600 that is inside the cpu itself.

Adrenalin-2020-21.2.2 installs and see all the device stats and functions correctly including opengl and vulcan option and this gpu the 8790M is really ideal for low quality 1280x720p gaming i find it runs not a problem doom 2016 and doom Eternal at around 30fps I'm trying out scorn atm (which isn't supposed to even run on anything less then an I5 6th gen)
