It seems to me that there are many people with similar issues. Often there is one solution which fixes the issue for most if not all people.

Could or should there be a one thread, where all the working solution would be collected and that thread locked to the top of messages?

I don't mean it has to have every solution to everything, but let's say ten most common issues and their solutions. Moderators could maintain this list.

For instance great many people have suffered from different kinds of stuttering issues. Now it seems it was caused by an issue in Windows and can be fixed by disabling certain feature through Windows registry. This could be the first one.

But i think he meant more of a FAQ thread.

But now to think of it... Finding a solution By reading long message threads is not very practical. Would be better if there was just one message which would contain solution to most common problems in short form and solution of "plug wallsocket in wall" is not quite the same as... Something you really can't know if you have not experienced it before or read about it.

Still not quite the same. When someone comes here to find help, answers should be here, not somewhere else. Instead of having to scroll through long lists of messages multiple threads about same issue, more than one with "accepted solution", it would just be much simpler to have them listed in one message thread, frozen on top of board.
