I'm trying to file a claim for my broken Wraith Prism cooler that had the retention lever brake off. My warranty ends really soon, so I'm trying to file the claim as soon as possible, but when I fill out the form information and submit it I get an error message and some HTML code nonsense.
I've tried to submit my claim on different devices too, all day long, and nothing changes I still get the same weppage error. Is the website just broken or something? If so, then this is a pretty poorly made site for something so crucially needed.
