I don't know what has Happened to AMD Support, But I sent my 5800X back for replacement, & I am looking at it right now, because they want me to fill out an Invoice paper, and I sent them a Pic of the invoice in an email, I am calling support today and I am getting my money back.
Why not Pick up the phone and say, they need some info they didn't get??? ( The Info/Invoice I sent in a Pic ) instead of sending it back and now I have to start the process All over again, Good Lord AMD
AMD Always Customer but I am re-thinking that now
