Hello...I have been struggling trying to activate AFMF while playing MSFS 2020, ever since the preview drivers were released for 6000 series cards. FSR 3 is not currently working for this game. I have used every version released so far and have been unsuccessful.
I have the 6600 xt Sapphire Nitro with i7 9th gen, 16 Gb system on Windows 10, Gigabyte M360 motherboard. Also I have a AMD freesync monitor and playing full screen with V sync off. Have tried to enable frame gen and anti lag from within Adrenalin UI as well as from the game via Alt Z.
I get two type of warnings randomly...
First is that the display is not compatible for AFMF to work. But I am using full screen with v sync off and freesync on. I understand MSFS has the borderless full screen but not exclusive full screen.
Second warning tells me to use DX 11 or DX 12 API... which is weird as I am using DX 12 beta. Toggling DX 11 and 12 does not help. Clearly AMD driver is unable to recognise the game API.
I know that many users have enabled AFMF on this game with the 6000 series. I wonder what should I do.
I have tried complete driver reinstallation using AMD Utility Tool as well as DDU several times. But no luck.
Would request any help please.
