AMD "Raise the Game" Offer Amazon.sg

I bought a PowerColor Fighter AMD Radeon RX 6600 graphics card from Amazon.sg almost 2 weeks ago but did not receive the Raise the Game code. I contacted Amazon.sg and they said they know nothing about this, that I should contact AMD instead. Both Amazons are very connected, there's even Amazon US reviews listed on the Amazon SG site for this card. One of the reviews from US said he received the code via email. Is the Raise the game bundle only for Amazon US and not for Amazon SG? Is there anything I should do regarding this?

I also purchased an xfx 6800 xt from Amazon US, that is eligible to get the game code for the 3 games but never got my code and messaged Amazon but don't know anything about a code??? What to do?
