Versions of the AMD software and drivers do not match.

 

Hello, I am James from Chicago. I have been unable to access the AMD software settings page. I receive a warning informing me that my software and driver versions do not match and that I need to upgrade them. I go to the AMD Driver and Software Updates website and enter my information, but there is no Ryzen7 5700U shown. Please assist me as I am at a loss. I've only had this new laptop for five months.

Go to AMD Drivers and Support

Select the "Processors with Graphics"

on the slide out scroll down until you select the "Ryzen 7 Mobile Processors With Radeon Graphics"

on this slide out you will find the 5700U and select it.
