Hello,

Can i have HD 8600m graphics driver at most 2015 march for my old notebook HP Pavilion? None of the newer verions doesnt fit for my notebook because during installing drivers that updated after march 2015 my notebook is 'freezing' and then i must reinstall my OC windows again to solve this issue. i would be glad to fix that issue or get driver 2015 y o or older

OS is win 10

I just tried downloading drivers for windows 10 OS from the HP site and have not had much luck.  Used the serial number you provided but not certain if it is looking for a connection with that machine.  It has been running and I don't know if it is trying to download drivers or not.  This has been going on for almost 10 minutes now.  I'll reply back if I get some kind of response.

You don't look for the serial number...you look for the model number of the laptop. Look on the bottom of the laptop..there should be a sticker with the model number. Or better still, let HP find it for you > https://support.hp.com/gb-en/drivers

You go to Intel support and run the automated driver assistant. Install all it finds: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/detect.html

If your Intel graphics is HD3000 or older it is incompatible with Win10 or Win11. Therefore to have a fully functional laptop install the OS it was designed for ...Win7.

It is my real serial number, i used HP support assistant to get info.

Another it is product number : E3Z26EA#ACB  Notebook is 2013 y o

Im sorry i didnt mentioned that i have two graphics boards, one of them is integrated Intel(R) HD Graphics and another is embedded AMD Radeon 8600m.

Which actually 8630 70 or 90 I dont realize because apps dont see my board till I will install any driver, but i cant install.

And OS win 10 x64

Those drivers that porpose amd support site is updated drivers more than 2015 y o, that makes my laptop freezing in fact that they doesnt fit. I did that conclusion by forums where described this issue, so i must find driver older than march 2015 and its not exist already in famous drivers pack or somewhere else i cant find

And i were installed this drivers before for 3 years before many times on win 10 64x, it been drivers 2014 year but i didnt kept this driver on my laptop, so that how born issue.

On win 7 my laptop signficantly less optimized, so win 10 makes it more faster, so it porpose to return on win 7 makes me not happy

Your going to need updated drivers from HP for the default GPU.  You should see 2 listed, since it is an Intel Pentium CPU I would assume that it has the Intel GPU which would probably require the 4000 series drivers to make it compatible with later version AMD drivers for the HD 8600M.  You never mentioned what HD 8600M you have installed, 8630, 8670, or 8690.  I'm not sure if there is any differences there, but I would guess, YES.  Also is your Windows 10 a 64 bit OS or 32 bit OS.  The drivers will likely vary slightly for this.

As far as HP site, it appears that they are asleep at the wheel.  If you have been able to access their site then try downloading the drivers for that SN and installing the latest drivers they have to offer.  If you know the model of Intel GPU then you can also go directly to Intel site and download drivers from there.  You would likely have to search the Legacy Graphics drivers.

I will suggest you will likely need the Legacy Drivers.  Since I can't seem to get any information on the actual specs of your laptop, that is where I would start.  Find drivers here that you think should work and try installing them then download and install the drivers for the HD 8600M series drivers.  Post a reply on the outcome.
