Any third party graphics controller Afterburner/Asus Tweak / etc can conflict with AMD setting and controls. Two controllers will cause issues. You can use Afterburner if you do not use Adrenaline controls or settings. In other words use one or the other.
adrenaline settings are part of driver installation. in order to avoid conflict I need to reinstall driver and chose basic functions only?

Yes it can. You can try it and see. Just don't make any changes to the default settings in Adrenaline. Afterburner makes registry changes when you install it. This is why there is the option to return default settings before uninstalling it.
