I can't run the game on my rx570, it says the video card is unsupported. Can we hope for a driver release that fixes this, or is it a game developer issue?

Found this  website that lists the Minimum System Requirements to Final Fantasy XVI: https://primagames.com/tips/final-fantasy-xvi-pc-system-requirements

So it seems that any AMD GPU Card older than the RX 5700 Series are not compatible.

Try using "CAN I RUN" it to see if your GPU card does support that game or it is a AMD Driver issue:

Final Fantasy XVI is an AMD featured game with Day 1 support, and it is quite clear (as @elstaci pointed out) what graphics are supported.
