Hi, when I record replay or video with amd adrenalin, the sound is coming out before the video, getting everything out of sync, does anyone know what it could be?

If you are experiencing an issue where the sound is coming out before the video when recording replays or videos with AMD Adrenalin, it is likely a synchronization problem between the audio and video streams. This can happen due to various factors, but here are some possible solutions to resolve the issue:

  • Update AMD Adrenalin: Ensure that you have the latest version of AMD Adrenalin installed on your system. Sometimes, software updates can address known issues and improve performance.
  • Check System Resources: Recording videos can be resource-intensive, so ensure that your system has enough resources to handle the recording process. Close any unnecessary background applications that may be consuming system resources.
  • Adjust Recording Settings: In AMD Adrenalin, try adjusting the recording settings, such as frame rate, bitrate, or recording resolution. Lowering the recording quality may help reduce the strain on your system and improve synchronization.
  • Check GPU Drivers: Make sure you have the latest graphics drivers installed for your AMD GPU. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause compatibility issues with recording software.
  • Try Different Recording Software: If the issue persists, consider using alternative recording software. There are many third-party recording tools available that may offer better synchronization with audio and video.
  • Check Audio Settings: Ensure that the audio settings in AMD Adrenalin and your operating system are properly configured. Look for any audio delays or settings that might be affecting synchronization.
  • Hardware Acceleration: If your AMD GPU supports hardware acceleration for recording, enable it in AMD Adrenalin. This can offload some of the recording tasks to the GPU and potentially improve synchronization.
  • Consider an External Audio Source: If none of the above solutions work, you could use an external audio recording device and sync the audio manually during post-processing.

If the issue persists after trying these solutions, it may be worthwhile to reach out to AMD support or consult their community forums for further assistance.
