Installing drivers

Hi, I’m having trouble installing drivers for my motherboard ( MSI B650-P wifi ) and I cannot install the wifi driver at all, it keeps saying “ no suitable drivers “, it’s driving me crazy and I cannot do anything. Do I need to do anything in my BIOS? Or is my motherboard just faulty.

Probably better to ask on the msi support community forum for issues with their software/installer.
