Radeon 5600xt bad performance with new 23.7.1 drivers.

I recently installed the new WHQL 23.7.1 drivers for my Gigabyte Radeon RX 5600 XT and the performance with several games is entirely degraded. Rocket League, Valorant, GTA V or Battlefield 1 cannot go over 30 fps -when the first two used to run at constant 144fps even at 2k with everything at max- plus the stutter and a ridiculously high GPU usage.

With BF1 I even get crashes when using Dx12.

I noticed all these games work under DirectX 10, 11 or 12. I also tried Red Dead Redemption II which is working with Vulkan the performance is flawless, capped at 75 fps it runs amazingly.

I tried GTA Vice City which is old and runs on DirectX 9 and there is no issue.

I don't want to go back to previous drivers since the new ones do seem to improve general performance, but this specific issue is creating a problem I didn't really have with any other driver.

PD: I recently achieved running Valorant at 144 frames per second by lowering every single graphical setting. And that's fkd up.

My spects:

Gigabyte Radeon RX 5600 XT 6gb

Ryzen 5 3600

16gb RAM

PSU 600w

SSD for W10

Yes, I have the same problem on the same graphics card. Only for me it's a little different. My games on 12 directx are going great, and all games on 11 directx are much worse.
p.s. An update to 23.7.2 has recently been released. Nothing has changed. It's horrible how radeon drivers work in windows. I sometimes have problems in Linux as well. It seems to me that this graphics card only works well on Mac OS.

Same here, I keep getting 1/3 of the normal average score in Fire Strike (DX11) doesn't matter how many times I run it, but Time Spy (DX12) results seems normal.

I have a ASUS TUF RX5600XT, driver version 23.7.2, windows 11

Same problem here, I went back to 23.5 where my 5600xt shines again making games like Dota 2 run above 60fps, unfortunately the new driver from amd was leaving all my games below 30 fps. Hope a correction will be made soon.

I congratulate you, brothers! Driver 23.8.1 fixed these issues! At least everything works perfectly for me personally!
