Problems with AMD Link 5.0

AMD promoted the AMD link feature so much, unfortunately it does not work at all on the previous drivers or the current Adrenalin 22.3.1.
My configuration is:
Processor: AMD RYZEN 5 2600
Motherboard: MSI Tomahawk b450 MAX
2 x 8GB DDR4 memory
Windows 11 (latest build)
Graphics: Gigabyte RX6600XT Gaming OC
AMD LINK Application: 5.0.220316
Drivers: Adrenalin 22.3.1
My computer is connected to the router via ethernet cable.
The AMD Link application was installed on the Mibox 4k, which is connected to the TV and to the Internet via a 5GHz network.
With this configuration, everything worked fine in the Geforce Experience - Moonlight solution. Unfortunately, AMD Link does not work, there are very long delays reaching 80-300 ms. Decrease in image quality so that the image blinks itself as if it was switching from better to worse quality. Automatic quality adjustment has been disabled in the AMD LINK application. It seems to me that this function is not well developed at all. For me it's basic because I like to play games on TV sometimes, it worked much better on NVIDIA hardware.

The question on which drivers it worked well, I currently have the latest one and it is terribly bad. On the previous ones, the lag and image quality was also not good

I only use it to monitor temp and frame rate... 22.2.1 has been great
