Problem with RX550 drivers

When installing the latest recommended version of the video card drivers(Adrenalin 22.11.1) and rebooting, the blue color changes to purple. Because of this, I completely uninstalled the new version of the drivers and put the archive version(Adrenalin 19.12.1) but when installing this version and rebooting I can not open the driver settings and when opening the device manager in the video card section it says "Windows system has stopped this device because it reported a problem. (Code 43)"

Windows 10 x64
RX550 2Gb

Seems like your AMD Driver installation is corrupted from you previous AMD driver installation.

download and run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) with the internet disconnected and deleting the AMD Driver Installation folder at C:\AMD BEFORE installing the AMD driver again.

See if your problem is resolved or not.

Post back if it isn't.

NOTE: Here is the latest AMD Driver for your RX550 GPU card: https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/radeon-rx-550

Here is some previous AMD driver for your GPU card: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/rade...

Thank you very much, after several reloads there were no problems with the color.

I came to the conclusion all too quickly when I briefly used the computer, the blue turned purple again.

Okay please reverse the "Solution' since it didn't fix your problem.

Have you tried a previous AMD Driver?

Also check in Windows Settings that controls the colors in Windows in case that might be causing the problem.

Also Windows must be fully updated via Windows Update.

Just to eliminate Windows corruption run this command line in a elevated Command Prompt or Powershell: SFC /scannow

See if it comes back with any errors.
