So, I while ago I uploaded my pc drivers, everything was fine until I realized that I can't adjust the volume (like, I have 2 on screen but it sounds like 100), and my microphone don't work. I have tried plenty of things but nothing seems to work. I tried unistalling the old drivers and install the newer ones, but when I trie it my pc just gives me a blue screen. English it's not my mother language so I hope i made it clear.
