Monitor Blackout To Resume from Sleep S3 Mode with 23.11.1 Adrenalin

Monitor Fails To Resume from Sleep S3 Mode with 23.2.2 & 23.2.1 Adrenalin
https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/monitor-fails-to-resume-from-sleep-s3-mode-with-23-2-2...

The above problem has decreased in frequency but still reproduces.

The connection is made using HDMI.
The OS seems to be working properly when it returns from sleep. I am able to connect via remote desktop and confirm that it is working.
In this state, there is no signal coming from HDMI at all.

To recover, the OS must be shut down.

I am getting tired of having to connect via remote desktop every time and turn off the power.

I have never had similar symptoms with GPUs from Intel or Nvidia, and when I recently started using an AMD GPU for the first time in a long time, I am baffled by the lack of basic operation.

Do AMD users not use sleep?
Or is there something wrong with my hardware?

I am also looking at the following information and others

Black screen after screen turnoff or sleep mode

My hardware is as follows:
AMD Ryzen 7 5700U
Driver version: 23.11.1
Windows10 Pro

i just change my nvidia out with a RX 7900 XT and i have the same problem after sleep multiple time every day.

running the Adrenalin 24.1.1.

Should i just return my 7900 XT? had NO problem with my Nvidia.

i have 3 monitors and always 1 random is not waking up, i found out if i change and clone 1 of my desktop in the screen settings and just cancel the canges it will wake up, without have to restart the pc.

What the F#%k??? read the last year maybe more people have had this problem!!!
