How to find previous driver versions?

Hello, i have rx580 8gb (red devil powercolor), and 2 latest driver versions cause my pc to get black screen in applications. 
First it started like 7.03 with Chrome - i wasn't able to watch livestreams more than 3 seconds (sound and picture freezes after black screen).  With 21.3.1 release problem was solved, but today it started again. Same **bleep** happening for chrome and other games, and even in afk. But how to find library of drivers, stupid radeon software giving me 21.3.1

Here are the last 6-8 months previous AMD Drivers for the RX580: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/graphics/radeon-500-series/radeon-rx-500-series/rade...

If you need earlier AMD Drivers than at AMD Download page then go to 3DGURU and they have all the AMD Drivers from Catalyst to Adrenalin.
