Hey,

I have bought a new PC with AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT, the first day everything worked fine, but now I am experiencing screen freezing while playing Diablo IV, solved only by alt+tab.

I noticed that the AMD software changed my graphics profile for the game. It enabled Anti-lag and Enhanced freesync. Wanted to change the profile or change the setting, but it doesn't allow me. It's not changing anything, Multiple reinstallations of the drivers didnt help, nor resetting to default settings.

Anyone has any tips or experience with it? I tried both Adrenaline and PRO version of the drivers, still no success, the app just doesn't allow me to change anything for the game. For other games it works normally.

UPDATE: After reinstalling to Adrenaline version again, I can't change any profile settings...

Try using https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601

Then install drivers.

Now I can again edit the settings for the game.
Hopefully it will resolve the screen freezing.

Experiencing issues with AMD RX 6900 XT graphics settings in Diablo IV. Changes not applying despite reinstalls. Check game-specific settings and update Diablo IV.  Also, ensure CapCut video editor  doesn't interfere with graphics settings.
