I have serach up A8-7650K with Radeon R7 graphics drivers and support and downloaded the windows 10 -64 bit and the 32 bit for windows 10 but still says the same thing. Can someone help me fix this issue?

A8-7650K has an GCN iGPU - so 20.12.1 should work

1. disable Win10 auto-driver-install & reboot
2. delete C:/AMD
3. run DDU in safe-mode to clean old driver
4. install 20.12.1

ps - do you also have a dGPU and maybe disabled your iGPU in BIOS?
