I have had this problem for years, I have an N551zu laptop, it has 2 graphics cards, one integrated (Amd Radeon R7 Graphics) and one dedicated (Amd Radeon R9 M280X) that I cannot get it to run, strangely when installing Windows it automatically detects and installs the Drivers of both cards, even the AMD Software detects both, but when running xdiag in the cmd it does not appear anywhere, not even in the task manager. I also have the laptop in high performance mode.
According to what I read in other forums, it is due to the version of the Drivers, I am attaching more information.
