I am using the ASUS ROG G14 laptop with the following detailed specs: Ryzen 9 6900HS and Radeon RX 6700S. The problem I'm facing is that hardware acceleration is not being utilized.
I have tried updating the graphics driver to the latest version, toggling hardware decoding within Premiere Pro, downgrading Premiere Pro, verifying graphics card recognition for both integrated and dedicated (external) GPUs through CMD, disabling integrated graphics, changing Premiere Pro app options in Windows settings > System > Display > Graphics, installing OCL_SDK_Light_AMD, and other attempts. However, even during regular video exports, including H.264, the graphics card utilization remains at 0-2%. Is there any way I can utilize hardware acceleration for the graphics card?
