I'm suffering from such a problem that I update amd adrenalin from 22.7.1 to 23.11.1 because a few games are hysterical because of it, and the 75Hz image update automatically jumps back to 60Hz. That way everything only gets worse (fps, streaking, etc.). I have Win11 (it shows 75Hz as display setting) other config: rx 6600 Challenger8Gb, Intel i3-12100f, Crossair vengeance Ipx 16Gb, Gigabyte B660M DS3H, SSD-NVME, Monitor AOC24G2U5. and the AOC G-menu automatically jumps back to 60Hz after the update, on 22.7.11. 75Hz is the default setting...
