This issue started within the past couple of days. I have an RX6600 and launching my amd software causes windows to become unresponsive and unusable. reinstalling windows does not fix the problem. downgrading temporarily fixes it but the issue comes back after a couple restarts. event viewer shows hundreds of errors with the code 10005. windows runs perfectly fine in safe more or when adrenalin is not installed.
