3700x / Aorus x570 crackling noise when listening to music/playing games

3700x

aorus pro x570

2x8 Vengeance LPX 3600c18

connected to 5.1 speakers (they work fine on the other pc)

New build and i'm having issues with sound crackling/buzzing from time to time when im listening to music, playing games, watching youtube. I thought it might by the ram oc so i booted it with default 2133mhz and the problem still persists.

My windows version is 1903 (OS Build 18362.295)

Power plan is Ryzen balanced

Seems to be a similar issue as the linux users have been experiencing

Same thing on Zen 1700 3.95GHz | 32GB 3474Mhz CL14 | Vega LiquiD | SB-Zx + Audio-Technica ATH-AD1000X

To replicate this bug, just crank up Volume to min. 75% and scroll Web Page for example in FireFox.

This is known issue with AMD/ATI (it's not fixed to this day)

The same thing is for Phenom & FX also, so it's not only Ryzen.

One note tho:

It's fine when You launch Game or Movie/YT the buzzing sound is gone (at last for SB Card)
