Hi:

I recently bought a Ryzen 2600 processor and i wish i could use Ryzen Master. I installed and update all motherboard (MSI B450 Mortar max),processor and graphic drivers. The PC works fine with other programs/games, but i cant open Ryzen Master. I installed it but when i try to open it, appear a translucent window for about 15 seconds and then it close. I have tried to uninstall and install Ryzen Master again, but i have the same problem.

Try installing the latest version of Ryzen Master from AMD Download page: https://www.amd.com/en/support/cpu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-desktop-processors/amd-ryzen-5-2... 

See if that fixes the problem. If it doesn't then I suggest you open a AMD SERVICE REQUEST from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/contact-email-form

Downloading it from https://www.amd.com/en/support/cpu/amd-ryzen-processors/amd-ryzen-5-desktop-processors/amd-ryzen-5-2...  and not from the common page works. Many thanks elstaci!!

Same problem here after updating from AGESA 1.0.0.3 to 1.0.0.4 on my Crosshair VIII Impact.

I reinstalled chipset drivers, reinstalled Ryzen Master, did load the optimized defaults in the BIOS - nothing worked. I opened up a service request.
