Are you going to build your own case? If so, please post here in the Modders Group, so we can all see your design as it progresses. As for parts, you need to determine the main usage for your new build. Assuming it's for gaming at 1440p, you'll need a decent 34" monitor (you can get good ones for under $300 now), at least a 5000 series CPU (maybe 5800X3D) or possibly a 7000 series CPU (7800X3D), a good motherboard, 32 GB of DDR4 or DDR5 RAM, and a decent GPU, like an RX 7800 XT for example. See how the costs go up quickly? You also should consider an AIO CPU cooler, a mouse and keyboard, and yes....an RGB mousepad.
That list is probably way over your budget though. You could get a 5600X CPU and an RX 7600 XT GPU to save a bunch of money for gaming at 1080p.
